Refund policy

We maintain a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you may contact us at aka.archive.clothing@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address:
Zwaluwenstraat 59, 8400 Ostend, Belgium.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are, unfortunately, non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Legal Withdrawal Period in the EU

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within ten business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
